Every ticket includes the three-day conference, the exhibition area, the poster session and the cocktail reception on Day 2. The conference dinner and the site visit are charged separately unless your ticket already includes them.

Registration opens on 1 February 2027. Early bird rates run until 31 March; the standard rate applies from 1 April until the event. Student tickets, the conference dinner and the site visit are the same price in both periods. Authors whose proposal is accepted keep the early bird rate, whatever date they register.

Keeping in mind your feedback, and with the aim to encourage everyone to be available to participate in the IFBF, we have reduced Student tickets for 2027: €500 in person, down from €600.
